One of our clients sells its medical devices through a series of distributors in over 80 countries. One of the tasks we were charged with was to improve the communications to this important distribution channel as well as the end users – physical therapists and others all around the world. We started with rebranding the products; developing consistent packaging and usage instructions; and then creating a website with a distributor portal. Through the distributor portal, we provided collateral materials, photography, and videos that each distributor could co-brand and use in its own sales and marketing efforts.
